Salary: $1,500 per month – OTE $50k+ in first year (uncapped commission)

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our growing financial services team in South East Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who want to build a high-income career with uncapped earning potential.

You will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and introducing suitable financial solutions.

About the role:

• Generate and manage new client opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and provided leads
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process
• Understand client financial objectives and present suitable financial solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Work closely with the broader team to maximize conversion opportunities

About you:

• 1–3+ years of experience in direct sales, business development, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Hungry to earn and motivated by performance-based rewards
• Confident speaking with clients and closing new business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic
